Prabowo ”Ogah” Tetapkan Status  Darurat Bencana Nasional

Jakarta —  Presiden Prabowo Subianto  sepertinya masih tetap ogah menetapkan status bencana nasional  di wilayah Sumatera.   Prabowo  rupanya tidak bergeming dengan arus desakan yang sangat kuat dari  berbagai kalangan. Sebaliknya Prabowo sangat percaya diri.  Ia menegaskan bahwa pemerintah saat ini masih mampu mengendalikan dampak bencana yang terjadi Aceh, Sumatera Utara, dan Sumatera Barat.

Hal ini disampaikan Prabowo dalam Sidang Kabinet Paripurna, di Istana Negara, Jakarta, Senin (15/12/2025)  kemarin seperti dikutip dari detikcom.  

Menurutnya,  pemerintah  sekarang ini telah mengirim kekuatan penuh untuk menangani bencana. Bahkan pemerintah juga  sudah mulai menyusun proses rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi. Nantinya, akan membentuk Satgas atau Badan khusus untuk mengurus pemulihan pascabencana.

“Dan kita sudah merencanakan segera akan kita bentuk, apakah kita namakan badan atau Satgas, rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi. Segera kita akan bangun hunian-hunian sementara dan hunian-hunian tetap,” ujarnya. Prabowo malah menyinggung ada pihak yang teriak-teriak agar bencana di Sumatera ditetapkan bencana nasional. Ia memastikan situasi bencana di 3 provinsi masih terkendali.

“Ada yang teriak-teriak ingin ini dinyatakan bencana nasional. Kita sudah kerahkan, ini tiga provinsi dari 38 provinsi. Jadi, situasi terkendali. Saya monitor terus, ya,” katanya lagi.

Presiden menegaskan bahwa negara hadir secara nyata melalui pengerahan besar-besaran aparat dan alutsista. Sebanyak 50 ribu personel TNI-Polri dikerahkan ke lokasi bencana untuk melakukan penanganan.

Sebelumnya Pemerintah Aceh  bersurat kepada dua Lembaga internasional yakni UNPD dan UNICEF. Kedua Lembaga tersebut berada dalam bendera Badan PBB yang dikenal memiliki pengalaman dalam penanganan bencana. Bahkan kedua Lembaga tersebut memiliki jejak yang cukup bagus saat membantu penanganan bencana sunami di Aceh tahun 2004 lalu.
