Silfester Matutina, Ketua Umum Solidaritas Merah Putih (Solmet) hingga kini masih bersatus ‘’burun’’.  Pihak Kejaksaan Negeri Selatan Tengah mengaku  sudah tidak mengetahui lagi di mana batang hidungnya Silfester. Namun pihaknya berjanji akan terus memburu dan segera menangkap Silfester.


‘’Tim jaksa eksekutor dari Kejari Jakarta Selatan masih melakukan pencarian,’’ Kapuspenkum Kejagung, Anang Supriatna  kepada wartawan.
Kasus Silfester sesungguhnya sudah inkracht sejat 6 tahun  yang lalu.  Pihak Mahkamah Agung (MA) menyatakan terbukti melakukan tindak pidana  melakukan pencemaran nama baik terhadap  Jusuf Kalla, yang saat itu sedang menjabat Wakil Presiden.   Silfester kemudian divonis 1,5 tahun penjara. Namun hingga kini belum juga dieksekusi.


‘’Sebenarnya tidak ada alasan lagi pihak Kejaksaan melindungi Silfester. Secara hukum  yang bersangkutan sudah harus diseret dan dijebloskan ke lapas,’’ ujar  warga yang sempat menggeruduk Kejaksaan beberapa hari lalu.  Saat itu warga juga memberi hadiah ayam betina kecil kepada Kejagung sebagai symbol lemahnya penegakan hukum.


Warga menduga Kejaksaan sesungguhnya bukan hanya tidak serius menagkap Silfester, namun ada dugaan berpotensi secara sengaja melindungi Silfester. Indikasinya sederhana,  masa putusan MA yang sudah cukup lama sejak tahun 2019 dan tanpa ada aksi nyata dari Kejaksaan   telah menimbulkan pertanyaan bagi public yang tidak bisa diterima dengan nalar yang sehat.  Terlebih Silfester selama ini aktif tampil di layar kaca  sebagai naras umber pembela Jokowi. Bahkan Silfester  diberi jabatan sebagai salah satu komisaris BUMN.


‘’Kejaksaan sesungguhnya sudah mempermainkan hukum,’’ ujarnya.
Kritik tajam juga sempat datang dari mantan Jaksa Agung Muda Intelijen (JAM-Intel), Jan Samuel Maringka. Ia menyebut alasan pencarian Silfester tidak masuk akal, mengingat Kejaksaan memiliki perangkat canggih untuk melacak buronan.
