Jakarta – Desakan reformasi total dalam institusi Polri sepertinya masih terjadi tarik menarik. Pihak istana sudah mengumumkan segera akan membentuk tim reformasi polri dan berjanji akan memasukkan orang – orang yang mumpuni, memiliki kapasitas, kafabilitas dan terpenting integritas tinggi membenahi kinerja kepolisian yang sudah terlanjur sangat buruk di mata publik. Namun sepertinya itu baru sebatas niat yang tak jelas kapan diwujudkan. Sampai sekarang belum ada pengumuman lanjutan apalagi pelantikan tim reformasi polri yang dijanjikan.
Pengamat Politik dan Pertahanan dari Universitas Nasional (Unas) Jakarta, Dr. Selamat Ginting jauh hari sudah memberi warning pihak istana agar bergerak lebih cepat merealisasikan reformasi dalam tubuh Kepolisian. Terutama dengan mengganti pucuk pimpinannya yakni Listiyo Sigit yang sudah terlalu lama menjabat. Bahkan Selamat menuding pihak Mabes Polri di bawah kendali Kapolri Listiyo Sigi bisa dinilai secara sengaja melakukan pergerakan pembangkangan, melawan istana dengan mendahului istana membentuk sendiri tim reformasi Polri.
‘’Karena perlawanannya sudah sangat kencang, 52 orang. Inikan seperti Dewan Revolusi yang diumumkan Letkol Untung dulu. Tiba-tiba menyebutkan nama orang segala macam. Itu artinya melawan Presiden Soekarno dan mengatakan bahwa Presiden tidak ada lagi,’’ ujar Selamat Ginting saat seperti dikutip di kanal yotube Abraham Samad Speak UP.
Menurut Selamat, ada yang menarik dalam peristiwa dewan revoluasi tersebut. Beberapa hari kemudian, daftar nama-nama yang dimasukkan oleh Letkol Untung — keberatan dan menganggap namanya hanya dicatut tanpa ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
‘’Jangan-jangan ini nanti 52 orang ini juga kalau ada keputusan berani dari Presiden akan melakukan hal sama juga. Karena mereka akan dicap sebagai bagian dari kelompoknya listyo sigit,’’ tambahnya.
Sebelumnya juga diberitakan pakar politik, Prof. Dr. Ikrar Nusa Bakti angka bicara mengkritik lambatnya istana mengumumkan tim reformasi polri yang sudah dijanjikan sehingga agenda reformasi Polri hingga kini belum juga berjalan. Prof Ikrar malah dengan tegas menyebut tidak akan ada reformasi Polri dengan menyerahkan agenda tersebut kepada internal kepolisian sendiri.
‘’Dasar dari reformasi Kepolisian itu adalah institusi yang dibuat oleh Presiden. Bukan tim yang dibuat oleh Kapolri. Kenapa? Karena anda tahu kalau tim yang dibuat Kapolri, pelindungnya Kapolri sendiri. Mana mungkin anak buah kemudian bisa membuat sesuatu kebijakan ataupun masukan mengenai apa yang harus dilakukan pimpinan,’’ ujarnya juga saat tampil dalam podcast di akun YouTube Abraham Samad Speak UP.
