Padahal, untuk menuntaskan jenjang sarjana, transkrip nilai seharusnya mencakup seluruh riwayat akademik secara utuh hingga kelulusan, termasuk bukti nilai dari setiap semester yang ditempuh,” ujar Leoni dalam diskusi di kanal YouTube Abraham Samad SPEAK UP.
