JAKARTA — Di balik tameng pemberantasan korupsi, perseteruan panas yang melibatkan institusi Kejaksaan Agung dan Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (Polri) dicurigai kuat bukanlah penegakan hukum murni. Konflik terbuka ini diduga merupakan refleksi dari perang asimetris antar-faksi kekuasaan dan jaringan mafia tambang yang memperebutkan lapak bisnis ilegal di Indonesia.
Asumsi tajam ini diungkapkan oleh mantan intelijen organik BIN/BAIS, Kolonel Inf. (Purn.) Dr. Sri Rajasa Candra, dalam wawancara mendalam di kanal YouTube Abraham Samad SPEAK UP bertajuk “Eks Intelijen Blak-Blakan Bongkar Otak Mafia Dalam Kasus Febrie & Geng Solo” yang tayang pada Juli 2026.
“Saya melihat ini semacam perang antar-geng. Perebutan lapak bisnis haram,” ujar Sri Rajasa Candra lugas.
Operasi Berdarah Dingin Berkedok Penggeledahan
Sri menyoroti kejanggalan dalam rangkaian aksi penggeledahan aset mantan Jampitsus Febrie Ardiansyah yang dilakukan oleh aparat kepolisian bersenjata laras panjang, yang kemudian diadang oleh personel militer. Menurutnya, tindakan ofensif tersebut menabrak koridor hukum acara pidana (unlawful process).
Dalam dunia intelijen, operasi vulgar seperti itu dinilai sebagai bentuk show of force (unjuk kekuatan) untuk mengintimidasi lawan, bukan penyelidikan yang kredibel.
“Penegakan hukum itu ada tata caranya, ada pemeriksaan tersangka baru digeledah. Ini tiba-tiba datang membawa senjata laras panjang. Ini bukan OTT,” kritik Sri.
Beking Aparat di Lapak Hitam
Mantan perwira menengah TNI ini membongkar fakta sistemik bahwa hampir seluruh bisnis ilegal di tanah air—mulai dari tambang ilegal, perkebunan tanpa izin, hingga judi—selalu disokong oleh oknum aparat penegak hukum yang bertindak sebagai pelindung (backing).
Dalam pusaran konflik kali ini, Sri membeberkan beberapa kasus tambang besar yang menjadi sumbu ledak gesekan kedua institusi:
- Kasus Aseng di Kalimantan Barat: Diduga menyeret nama mantan Kapolda Kalbar serta lingkaran terdekat di Mabes Polri.
- Kasus Samintan di Kalimantan Timur: Kasus kakap yang awalnya mandek di KPK lalu diambil alih Kejaksaan, yang juga melibatkan perwira tinggi kepolisian.
Aksi saling kunci dan saling intip kekuatan ini akhirnya meledak ketika ruang gerak salah satu faksi mulai terusik oleh manuver faksi lainnya.
Runtuhnya Kepercayaan Publik
Tontonan premanisme berseragam ini dinilai sangat berbahaya bagi kelangsungan negara. Sri menganalogikan situasi karut-marut ini seperti drama komedi gelap di tengah masyarakat.
“Saya menganalogikan kejadian ini seperti maling menangkap maling di kampung, lalu diserahkan kepada bosnya yang juga maling. Susah kita,” sindir Sri Raja Sacandra tajam.
Ia memperingatkan bahwa ketika publik kehilangan kepercayaan secara total terhadap penegakan hukum, maka yang runtuh bukan lagi sekadar nama institusi, melainkan sendi-sendi kedaulatan negara itu sendiri. Publik kini dituntut untuk tidak diam dan terus mengawal sirkus hukum ini agar tidak menguap begitu saja lewat lobi-lobi bawah meja para elite.
