Rizal Fadillah Sebut Kasus Ijazah Sebagai ‘Ujian Integritas Hukum’, Jokowi Harus yang Minta Maaf

JAKARTA – Tokoh advokat sekaligus aktivis Rizal Fadillah SH memberikan keterangan resmi di depan awak media sebelum memasuki gedung Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Metro Jaya, Kamis (22/1/2026). Rizal, yang juga berstatus tersangka dalam kasus ijazah Joko Widodo, menyebut proses hukum yang menimpanya sebagai bentuk ujian terhadap integritas institusi kepolisian.

Dalam pernyataannya yang lugas, Rizal menekankan bahwa persoalan ijazah ini bukan sekadar masalah privat, melainkan masalah kebangsaan yang menyangkut kejujuran dalam administrasi negara.

Rizal mempertanyakan keabsahan pasar yang disangkakan terhadap dirinya. Terlebih sampai hari ini belum ada pembuktian otentik di pengadilan yang menyatakan ijazah yang diklaim Jokowi sebagai miliknya adalah asli atau palsu.

‘’Hukum kita sekarang ini sudah dikendalikan oleh kekuasaan,’’ jelasnya. Rizal tegas dalam kasus ijazah tersebut tidak bisa diselesaikan dengan maaf memaafkan. apalagi berharap tersangka akan meminta maaf. Menurut Rizal yang harus minta maaf nantinya adalah Jokowi. Namun minta maafnya bukan kepada para tersangka . ”tetapi kepada rakyat Indonesia,” ujarnya,

Rizal Fadillah merupakan salah satu tokoh sentral dalam klaster pertama tersangka kasus ini. Berbeda dengan tersangka dari kalangan ahli teknologi, Rizal lebih banyak menyerang dari sisi prosedur penerbitan ijazah dan kewajiban pejabat publik untuk transparan.

Pemeriksaan hari ini diperkirakan akan berlangsung panjang. Rizal sendiri didampingi oleh puluhan pengacara senior .

The threads are most likely created as a result of viewing some folder.What were
you doing at the time the dump was taken? When the start menu launches it collects all items from the interesting folders (icons,
names, etc).I think you can get the same crash when you simply view the Control Panel in Explorer.

I tried it (twice), but Classic Shell keeps crashing and taking explore with it (the taskbar goes
away and comes back…). It improves support for
Windows 10 Redstone, adds taskbar skinning, menu animations,

I will try and keep it his/her way, except maybe a couple
of extra options, that can be turned on or off. Hey everybody,
I like the Metro skin, but I really prefer the black start menu color that Windows 10 has
with the default taskbar setting. Hopefully I’ll be able to resolve
my issues with the utility, but if not then one can only hope

Everything is working as its not hit the magic 800 yet, but
it appears that the extra threads are zombies Right now, on this test system, its sitting on 631 threads and the PC is otherwise idle.
I uninstalled the whole Office 2016 package and it
definitely had impact on the issue, but the explorer freeze is still
reproducable.
Well, if you want to disable the start menu to even run (not just be
inaccessible), then use the setting “Start automatically for this user” in the General Behavior tab Some setting affects how Windows
works, which is probably not compatible with how
Classic Shell works. Hopefully this is helpful for you, using procexp I have viewed the threads and the thread that is open most is “ntdll.dll!RtlReleaseSRWLockExclusive+0x1370” Seems to be
when I apply a GP setting that affects the Start Menu, Taskbar or explorer.
I am at a point where I have a set of security GPO applied the freezing issues occurs,
when I remove the GPO the issue doesn’t occur. Did you solve the
issue or are you just not using Classic Start Menu for now?
Our set up is in a Secondary School and our explorer keeps freezing at 800 threads.

The start menu uses about 10 threads itself, most are inactive until
they are needed.
The idea is to make the background for new programs a bit more yellow than the standard selection color.
It can be a picture or a solid color. Yes, I’ve been using
it for quite some time on Win 7 but it doesn’t fit the look
of Win 10 and that’s why I’m looking for something new – fitting the new style.

No sweat.And yeah, the least customizable when it comes to the second
column.The glyphs are not separate changeable icons, just
an all in one transparent picture. The reason I stopped way back then, was due to the person who made the glyphs only
made one size, so only good for %100 size menu.I would have to make another picture strip for %125 and %150 sizes.

All I can say as a certainty at the moment is that a user with no policies to lock down the desktop, start menu or taskbar work fine and users with policies applied
(not just classic shell policies) experience the issue.
Some of the settings are the specific Classic Shell
GPO so i am going to recreate the entire policy 1 by 1 and see if i can pinpoint which one(s) cause the issue.
