Menurutnya, ketika institusi pendidikan dan penyelenggara pemilu enggan menyajikan dokumen “hulu” (seperti KRS, transkrip asli, dan bukti KKN), mereka sebenarnya sedang melawan arus besar akuntabilitas publik yang sedang dikampanyekan secara global.
