Sejumlah Tokoh Siap Kawal Pemeriksaan di Polda

Jakarta –  Keputusan Polda Metro Jaya  menetapkan Rismon dan kawan-kawan menjadi tersangka pencemaran nama baik dalam kasus dugaan ijazah palsu mantan Presiden RI Ke-7  Joko Widodo (Jokowi)   terus mendapat perlawanan publik.   

Sebelumnya,  Selasa, 11 November 2025 kemarin bertempat di  Gedung juang 45, Menteng Jakarta Pusat, sejumlah elemen dan tokoh  nasional  berkumpul.  Mereka dengan tegas   menyatakan dukungannya terhadap Roy Suryo dkk terus berjuang mengungkap kebenaran terhadap kasus ijazah Jokowi.  Bukan hanya itu, mereka juga  berjanji  akan ikut hadir mengawal   pemeriksaan  Roy Suryo dkk  yang dijadwalkan akan berlangsung Kamis 13 November 2025 besok di Polda Metro Jaya.

Menurutnya, penetapan tersangka kepada Roy Suryo dkk   adalah Keputusan yang terlalu dipaksakan dan  premature  sebab hingga sekarang ini  belum ada Keputusan dari Lembaga yang berwenang yang menetapkan sah asli tidaknya ijazah Jokowi. Polda hanya menyatakan telah memeriksa beberapa saksi   dan ahli, namun tidak pernah memperlihatkan dokumen ijazah yang disebut sebagai milik  mantan Jokowi.    

‘’Ini jelas kriminalisasi. Harus dilawan,’’ Ujar Mayjen Sunarko  yang dikenal sebagai mantan Danjen Kopasus yang juga hadir dalam deklarasi tersebut.

Sementara itu,  berdasarkan infiormasi yang dihimpun di lapangan,  menyebutkan sekarang ini sejumlah advokat sedang mengajukan diri  secara seka rela untuk ikut didaftar bergabung  bersama tim kuasa hukum Roy Suryo dkk yang sudah terbentuk sebelumnya. Mereka mengaku terpanggil berada dalam barisan perjuangan untuk  kebenaran dan keadilan.   Termasuk  Prof Denny Indrayana, S.H., LLM.Ph.D  yang sekarang ini sudah menetap dan membuka kantor pengacara di Australia   Menarik Prof Denny  selama ini  masih tercatat sebagai sosok Guru Besar  Hukum Tata Negara di UGM.  Ia pernah menjabat sebagai  Wakil Menteri Hukum dan HAM era Pemerintahan SBY.   Sebagai bukti keseriusan Prof Denny,  dirinya  juga  ikut mengutus   beberapa tim dari kantornya untuk ikut bergabung  melakukan pendampingan dan pembelaan terhadap Roy Suryo dkk, di antaranya,  Dra. Wigati Ningsih, S.H., LL.M, Muhtadin, S.H.,  Alif Fachrul Rachman, S.H.,  Harimuddin, S.H.
