Kamis, 6 November 2025, pukul 12.41 WIB, Bapak H. Suripto SH (Pak Ripto), pemikir, tokoh nasional dan tokoh intelijen berpulang ke hadirat Allah SWT dalam usia 89 tahun. Pak Ripto, pejuang kemanusiaan untuk Palestina yang juga pemimpin dan pendiri Komite Nasional untuk Rakyat Palestina (KNRP) menghembuskan nafas terkahir setelah dirawat di rumah sakit lebih dari empat minggu.

Pak Ripto sangat dikenal, dihormati, diakui dan menjadi rujukan bagi tokoh-tokoh nasional, LSM, buruh, aktivis, mahasiswa, dll., terutama dalam mengadvokasi berbagai masalah negara dan rakyat dalam konteks perintah amar makruf nahyi munkar. Beliau yang selalu konsisten bersikap, biasa hadir sebagai pengarah, pembicara seminar, diskusi publik, pernyataan sikap dan mendukung berbagai kebutuhan aksi, hingga orasi saat aksi-aksi demontrasi.

Pak Ripto selalu available untuk membahas serta menyumbang ide dan pemikiran dalam berbagai diskusi rencana advokasi atas isu-isu terkini, dari pagi hingga malam. Pak Ripto siap datang dengan tulus dan langkah tegar kemana saja di seantero negeri, sepanjang menyangkut upaya untuk memperjuangkan keadilan, kebenaran dan kemanusiaan. Kami anggap beliau menjadi ruh bagi perjuangan para tokoh-tokoh pergerakan, aktivis, buruh dan mahasiswa.

Sebelum reformasi, kami mengenal beliau hanya dari kejauhan dan berkesempatan berinteraksi pada saat seputar dan setelah reformasi. Saat mengadvokasi penjualan saham Indosat (2003), Pak Ripto cukup banyak memberi arahan, sekaligus menyuarakan penolakan. Pak Ripto juga sesekali menjadi pembicara pada seminar dan aksi-aksi yang diselenggarakan serikat pekerja terkait penjualan saham aset strategis negara: Indosat.

Pak Ripto memberi fasilitas ruangan untuk menjadi “pusat operasi tim sukses” saat kami kampanye menjadi anggota DPD 2004-2009, mewakili DKI Jakarta. “Ruang operasi” tersebut berada di sekitar Jl. Tulodong, Senopati, Jakarta Selatan. Pak Ripto juga aktif mendukung kegiatan advokasi kami melalui berbagai diskusi publik dan penulisan buku, agar Blok Cepu (2007), Blok Rokan (2012), Blok Mahakam (2016) dikelola oleh BUMN, Pertamina.

Pak Ripto merupakan pendukung kami saat mencetak buku: “Skandal BLBI: Ramai-ramai Merampok Negara” (2008) yang kami tulis bersama sejumlah ekonom seperti Kwik Kian Gie, Fadhil Hasan, Frans Hendra Winarta, Ahmad Erani Yustika, Hendri Saparini dan Aviliani. Di samping itu, Pak Ripto ikut menjadi pendukung kegiatan bedah buku dan pembicara seminar yang kami selenggarakan terkait advokasi pengusutan skandal BLBI, baik di Jakarta, maupun di berbagai kampus di Jawa dan Sumatera.

Selama pemerintahan Jokowi, Pak Ripto sangat aktif berperan menjadi pengarah dan salah satu inspirator dibentuknya gerakan moral Petisi-100 Penegak Daulat Rakyat (Petisi-100), yang didukung sejumlah tokoh lintas profesi dan lintas daerah, termasuk purnawirawan TNI. Pembahasan masalah dan konten petisi dilakukan sejak 2022, dan berlangsung beberapa kali di Jakarta dan Bandung, di mana Pak Ripto selalu hadir tepat waktu dan menyampaikan berbagai pemikiran.

Petisi-100 membacakan petisi pada 23 Juli 2023 bertempat di Ruang GBHN, Nusantara V, Gedung MPR RI, Senayan, Jakarta. Tuntutan utama petisi adalah agar DPR, DPD dan MPR segera memproses pemakzulan Presiden Jokowi, karena telah melakukan banyak pelanggaran konsttitusi/hukum sesuai ketentuan Pasal 7A UUD 1945.

Pak Ripto selalu tampil dan menjadi rujukan dalam hampir semua gerakan advokasi para tokoh, aktivis dan mahasiswa melawan kejahatan tingkat tinggi rezim Jokowi yang sangat erat terkait dan menjadi bagian dari oligarki hitam. Rezim oligarkis telah merampok tanah negara dan rakyat di Rempang, PIK-2, Surabaya, Bali, Sumut, Sumsel, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, dll.

Pak Ripto berulang mengungkap fakta bahwa kejahatan rezim oligarki ini masuk kategori state-corporate crime (SCC) yang banyak terjadi di berbagai negara di dunia. Aktor utama penguasa oligarkis pelaku SCC yang selalu digugat hingga sekarang adalah mantan Presiden Jokowi. Pak Ripto menyebut mereka pengusaha jahat dan tamak yang bersekongkol dengan penyelenggara negara dari unsur-unsur legislatif, eksekutif dan yudikatif, termasuk oknum-oknum Polri dan TNI, yang dilabel sebagai jongos-jongos oligarki.

Dikatakan, mereka bukan hanya pelaku kejahatan biasa seperti berlaku bagi penyandang gelar koruptor, tetapi mereka adalah pengkhianat dan musuh negara yang harus diproses menggunakan hukum perang, bukan hukum pidana biasa! Sebab, menurut pak Ripto, mereka sudah sangat nyata mencaplok kedaulatan negara, sekaligus membentuk berdirinya negara dalam negara. Hal ini sangat nyata terjadi di Banten: ada negara PIK-2 atau di Kepulauan Riau: ada negara Rempang.

Dalam berbagai diskusi terbatas, Pak Ripto juga mengingatkan agar kita selalu memperhatikan perkembangan geopolitik global, dan waspada terhadap agenda dan skenario asing, terutama China. Pak Ripto sangat concern dengan sikap Rezim oligarkis Jokowi yang dianggap sangat dekat atau malah berada di bawah pengaruh dan kendali China. Hal-hal tersebut tergambar pada kebijakan dan program pemerintah pada sektor-sektor tambang, hilirisasi, energi, industri semen, pengelolaan wilayah Natuna, dll.

Dengan kondisi di atas, sebenarnya Pak Ripto pernah berniat ingin bertemu langsung dengan Presiden Prabowo guna menyampaikan sejumlah usul. Yakni bagaimana langkah-langkah yang perlu segera diambil pemerintah guna melawan musuh negara terutama anggota/unsur rezim oligarkis, pelaku SCC dan agenda China, Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Namun karena berbagai pertimbangan, niat tersebut diurungkan.

Pak Ripto berharap Presiden Prabowo berkenan mengingat peran dan posisi beliau yang pernah diminta Bapak Soemitro Djojohadikoesoemo untuk “membimbing” Prabowo muda. Pak Ripto juga berharap Presiden Prabowo juga memperhatikan berbagai pernyataan yang disampaikan saat berbicara pada forum-forum diskusi, seminar dan konferensi pers, maupun saat orasi pada sejumlah demonstrasi di Jakarta maupun Banten/PIK-2. Sebagian orasi Pak Ripto pada berbagai demonstrasi memang berisi peringatan dan tuntutan Presiden Prabowo.

Dalam kondisi fisik yang tidak prima (89 tahun) di satu sisi, dan kondisi lapangan yang berlumpur karena hujan di sisi lain, Pak Ripto memaksa kami dan sahabat, M. Ismed Fassah, agar dibolehkan ikut bergabung dalam sejumlah aksi demonstrasi. Sebenarnya pihak keluarga sudah melarang Pak Ripto untuk hadir pada aksi-aksi tersebut. Namun beliau bergeming, sambil mengingatkan bahwa dulu Jenderal Sudirman justru tetap memimpin perang gerilya meskipun sedang sakit. Sementara beliau menyatakan tidak sedang sakit dan sangat ingin berpartisipasi.

Kami bersama Bang M. Ismed Fassah, minimal pergi bersama Pak Ripto menghadiri tiga kali aksi demonstrasi terkait PIK-2 di Banten, yakni di Kampung Kramat (8 Januari 2025), di Serang, depan Kantor DPRD Prov. Banten (13 Februari 2025) dan Kampung Encle, Sukawali (29 Juni 2025). Aksi di Kramat merupakan aksi pertama menggugat PIK-2. Sementara aksi di Encle, merupakan aksi terbesar yang pernah terjadi menggugat PIK-2 yang diselenggarakan FPI Banten bersama Petisi-100 dan dihadiri Habib Rizieq Shihab (HRS).

Saat aksi di Encle HRS mengajak seluruh rakyat, terutama di Banten untuk konsolidasi dan bangkit melawan rezim oligarki Jokowi, Aguan dan Anthony Salim secara berkelanjutan. Sementara Pak Ripto mangajak seluruh rakyat bangkit melawan oligarki musuh negara, sambil membentuk sejumlah posko-posko di berbagai titik di Banten guna melenyapkan Negara PIK-2.

Pada 31 Agustus 2025, kami sempat membahas rencana konferensi pers yang melibatkan FPP TNI, Petisi-100 dan MPUII (Majelis Pemusyawaratan Ummat Islam Indonesia bersama Pak Ripto di Tampak Siring, Jakarta. Konferensi tersebut akhirnya terlaksana pada 2 September 2025 di Hotel Sofyan, Cut Mutia, Jakarta, dengan tema: “Rakyat Menggugat Pemerintah dan DPR”, dengan diakhiri dengan pembacaan 11 Tuntutan.

Saat itu pak Ripto menyampaikan orasi yang antara lain mengingatkan bahwa saat ini sedang berlangsung dualisma kekuasaan, yang jika dibiarkan maka akan hancurlah negara ini. Beliau menyebut penjahat negara dalam negara tersebut sebagai pelaku state-corporate crime, yang merupakan persekongkolan pengusaha yang jahat dan tamak dengan pejabat publik di eksekutif, legislatif, TNI dan Polri yang bermasalah. Jika ingin memperbaiki kejahatan ini maka harus diberlakukan hukum perang. Perang antara musuh negara dengan pembela negara. Jika hukum perang masih tidak juga mampu memulihkan keadaan, Pak Ripto mengajak seluruh rakyat untuk turun melakukan perlawanan.

Orasi Pak Ripto di Hotel Sofyan merupakan concers dan tuntutan yang konsisten beliau sampaikan selama beberapa bulan atau tahun terakhir. Kita semua, diajak dan diminta untuk “perang” melawan musuh negara, pelaku state-corporate crime, oligarki hitam yang tampaknya masih “Exist” hingga sekarang, meskipun pemerintahan sudah berganti, dipimpin oleh Presiden Prabowo. Ajakan dan permintaan pak Ripto ini berlaku bagi seluruh rakyat, termasuk Presiden Prabowo, tokoh-tokoh, para aktivis, mahasiswa dan pemuda.

Tampaknya pertemuan kami pada 31 Agustus 2025 di Tampak Siring dan pada 2 September 2025 di Hotel Sofyan, merupakan akhir interaksi intens kami dengan Pak Ripto. Sebab, beberapa hari kemudian, beliau harus dirawat di rumah sakit karena penyakit dalam. Guna memulihkan kondisi beliau, selama dirawat, selain keluarga memang dibatasi untuk berkunjung. Kami tidak punya kesempatan lagi untuk berdiskusi dan membahas rencara advokasi dengan beliau.

Pak Ripto telah berjuang tanpa lelah hingga akhir hayat saat berusia 89 tahun. Beliau terpaksa berhenti “berjuang” sesuai perintah nahyi munkar hanya karena harus dirawat di rumah sakit. Kita layak menjadikan beliau sebagai teladan dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk dalam hal konsistensi sikap, kebenaran, keberanian, kejujuran, ketulusan, kegigihan dan kesiapan berkorban.

Selamat jalan Pak Ripto, pejuang, teladan dan pahlawan kami. Semoga Allah SWT mengampuni dosa-dosa beliau dan mendapat tempat terbaik di sisi Allah SWT.[]
