Jakarta–KOMISI Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) segera mengirimkan surat panggilan kepada Gubernur Sumatera Utara Bobby Nasution untuk bersaksi di persidangan kasus korupsi proyek pembangunan jalan di Dinas PUPR Sumut. Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Tipikor Medan meminta lembaga antirasuah menghadirkan Bobby Nasution di persidangan selanjutnya untuk mendalami dasar hukum pembuatan Peraturan Gubernur Sumut.

“Jaksa KPK yang menyidangkan perkara tersebut akan membuat surat panggilan kepada Pak Bobby Nasution, Gubernur Sumut untuk menghadiri sidang sesuai dengan perintah hakim,” kata Wakil Ketua KPK Johanis Tanak saat dihubungi Tempo pada Kamis, 25 September 2025.

Sebelumnya Said Didu mantan birokasi senior sempat melontarkan kata sarkasme,  berbau sindirian yang sekaligus sinisme  penegakan hukum di tanah air tidak akan pernah dan bisa menyentuh lingkaran keluar mantan Presiden Joko Widodo atau Jokowi mengingat para petinggi di negeri ini diassosiasikan sebagai geng Solo. Bobby adalah menantu Jokowi yang sempat menjabat sebagai Walikota Medan satu periode. Saat itu, Bobby tercatat sebagai kader PDIP, namun menjelang pilkada  serentak termasuk di Sumatra Utara  hubungan keluarga Jokowi dengan PDIP mulai tidak harmonis.
