JAKARTA — Penilaian raport merah dilayangkan oleh kalangan masyarakat sipil terhadap kinerja dan komitmen pemerintahan saat ini. Dalam hal pemberantasan korupsi, kepatuhan konstitusi, serta penataan sistem politik, kinerja pemerintah dinilai sangat memprihatinkan dan berada jauh di bawah standar kelulusan.

Rapor minus tersebut ditegaskan dalam forum diskusi publik yang ditayangkan ulang melalui kanal YouTube Ustadz Demokrasi.

“Untuk skornya, kalau pakai angka 1 sampai 10, saya kasih 4,5,” tegas Khoirunnisa dalam tayangan Ustadz Demokrasi.

Penilaian rendah ini bukan tanpa alasan. Angka 4,5 menjadi cerminan dari akumulasi kekecewaan atas melencengnya tata kelola negara dari pilar-pilar demokrasi dan semangat reformasi.
