Sebelumnya Presiden Prabowo Subianto  secara terbuka meminta semua pihak menghentikan  atau menyudahi polemik soal whoosh.  Bahkan Prabowo  pasang badan mengaku siap bertanggungjawab dengan masalah whoosh sekarang ini.  Termasuk persoalan utang yang melilit.  Pernyataan Prabowo tersebut disampaikan saat menghadiri peresmian stasiun Tanah Abang baru, selasa kemarin.
