Anomali Foto dan SOP yang Disembunyikan

Analisis prosedural Leony juga menyasar pada fisik ijazah, terutama persoalan kacamata hitam yang digunakan dalam foto ijazah yang beredar. Ia menegaskan bahwa setiap institusi memiliki SOP terkait pas foto ijazah yang bersifat kaku dan formal.

“Kami meminta SOP penggunaan kacamata. Apakah diperbolehkan saat itu? UGM justru menghindar. Ini hal sederhana, tapi kenapa ditutup-tutupi? Ketidakterbukaan UGM terhadap hal-hal prosedural seperti SOP foto dan dokumentasi skripsi justru mempertebal kecurigaan publik,” tambahnya.

Analisis Tabulasi: Data yang Tidak Sinkron

Berdasarkan hasil tabulasi data yang ia lakukan dari berbagai dokumen KPU (Surakarta, DKI, dan RI), Leony menemukan inkonsistensi yang fatal. Ia menunjuk adanya perbedaan dimensi fotokopi legalisir ijazah yang “menciut” secara tidak proporsional.

“Saya melihat ganjil. Ada dokumen legalisir yang ukuran fotonya mengecil secara tidak wajar. Ini menunjukkan proses legalisir yang tidak merujuk pada master dokumen yang sama atau ada paksaan dalam pemindaian (scan). Secara prosedur administrasi, dokumen seperti ini seharusnya ditolak oleh KPU karena cacat kelayakan,” tegasnya.

UGM Harus Tanggung Jawab, Jangan Lari ke Polisi

Leony menyayangkan sikap UGM yang seolah melempar tanggung jawab verifikasi akademik ke pihak kepolisian dengan dalih 505 dokumen telah diserahkan ke Polda Metro Jaya. Baginya, kebenaran akademik harus diuji secara logis dan sistematis di ruang publik atau persidangan informasi, bukan disembunyikan di balik label “rahasia penyidikan.”

“Putusan KIP sudah inkrah. UGM jangan lari dari tanggung jawab. Ini bukan soal politik, ini soal integritas akademik. Jika institusi pendidikan tertua saja sudah berani mengabaikan nalar sistem informasi dan hukum keterbukaan, maka ini adalah lonceng kematian bagi transparansi pendidikan di Indonesia,” tutup Leony dengan nada lugas.
