SURABAYA — Operasi rahasia untuk menggagalkan keterpilihan Megawati Soekarnoputri dalam Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) PDI di Surabaya tahun 1993 akhirnya terbongkar secara gamblang. - Verifikasi Mandat Patahkan PenyusupanAksi penyusupan tersebut berhasil dipatahkan setelah adanya koordinasi antara otoritas pengamanan dan panitia internal pro-Megawati. Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan ketat di pintu masuk, terbukti bahwa 30 penyusup intelijen tersebut tidak memiliki surat mandat resmi dari DPC maupun tanda pengenal peserta yang sah.
